The rugs were dirty. The ice cube trays were empty. There was no hair dryer in the room. No-one told us on checking in to ask for one at the desk. There were no cups in the room.

A very basic place, which was to be expected for the price of the room. The first two nights were acceptable. However, that changed on the third day (Saturday morning), when the plumbing failed. We reported the problem to the lady at the front desk. Her response to the problem, was to ask if we came to the Extended Stay with a plunger, so that we could attempt to fix the problem because Maintenance was off for the weekend!!! Considering that this is an Extended Stay, I expected a certain standard. The room in particular was more akin to a cheap motel. The vent in the bathroom was caked with dust, the lighting fixtures were fitted with cheap fluorescent bulbs which made the room even less inviting, and I had the unique pleasure of being woken up in the middle of the night because the occupants of the room above mine had an extremely squeaky bed. Worst Extended Stay ever When arriving at hotel had booked a smoking room was told none were available and placed in a non-smoking room the room carpet was nasty and had an odor paint peeling and several places only one unit on the stove was in working condition was told no refund were available customer service was severely lacking

Terrible visit I was very disappointed with our stay here. The room was dingy and depressing. The free breakfast was coffee and packets of instant grits. That's it. No hair dryer, no conditioner, and to top it off, my husband broke out in horrible red bites all over his arms and back from bedbugs. We will NEVER stay here again.

After I drove a long way and went to check in, my room wasn't ready. So I had to drive around Tampa till my room was ready and I can Check in. Then once I check in I walk out the elevator you smell a bad odor (SMOKING) the when I walk into the room I was very upset and disappointed it smelled so BAD like a ASHTRAY and I was picking up my daughter. I couldn't stay there with my child so i IMMEDIATELY when down stairs and check OUT. I must say this is by far the most TERRIBLE experience I had with any hotel. I WILL NEVER CHECK... read more
