Imcompent Emplloyees and Bad Service I was supposed to stay from Saturday to Monday. When I came back on Sunday my key did not work. I went to the front and ask them why my key does not work and they say I checked out already. How can I checked out when my check out date is on Monday. Then they told me that they clean out my room because they said I checked out already. Then they say that I had multiple rooms checked out to me. How can that be? You definitely pay for what you get, not worth saving the money. I signed a no smoking agreement upon checking into the hotel, but when entering my room there was a strong cigarette smell. I asked for a new room and was told I would be staying in my current room. I then asked if I would be fined for the smell due to the agreement I signed. I was told I wouldn’t be as the general manager knows the conditions and I wouldn’t be fined for the pre-existing smell… I am yet to see if this is true.

Place sucks A guest in the room above us was jumoing up and down all night long reported this to gotel managemnet they did nothing, wasnt able to sleep at all tried to get an extra night as i had a long drive the front desk worker was obstinate and offered 0 help and kept saying she couldnt do anything when the hotel was virtually empty. Never will stay there again.
