staff friendly and helpful but I was irritated to pay the advertised rate but did not get the advertised breakfast.

You need to lower your price I understand that hotels are going through a hard time right now as we all are however when you take away the breakfast and all the other amenities that they normally would charge doing business why should you still have to pay full price for Leicester accommodation it seems that they should lower the price if they do not want to provide these accommodations hiding behind the Coronavirus it's not cool

Not impressed this time, there was a fight right outside our room that we walked out too. Didn’t exactly feel safe this time it looked like a drug deal went bad honestly.
