The quality of the hotel is not more than one of the super cheap motels except that it has M/W and refridgerator. Cheaps sheets & blanket.

Won't go there next time. I will not go back to the same hotel. Rooms were had been celan but still had stained floors, dirty walls and run down fictures. The door had obviously been kicked in at some point, bending the door and latch. Fire alarms were going off two nights I was there, for an hour at a time, and the cops were there one night for someone who was pounding on room doors.

Homestead - Sterling - not even 2 stars This hotel shouldn't be listed on your site. It was not worth the money that I paid. It was very uncomfortable feeling walking in to check-in. It gave a very seedy feeling. It was actually called Extended Stay. People were out hanging out, if I could have canceled I would have and went somewhere else. The front desk person gave my room key out to another guest. Luckily I had the lock on the door or someone would have came in on me. Homestead - No Frills This hotel is ok if you just need a bed to sleep in. It's an old building, dark, and smells of years of use. My bed didn't have fitted sheet on the mattress, just a top sheet tucked in. My blanket had cigarrette burn holes. The bathroom was old, and a little moldy. It did have wireless internet, and a tv, which is all I really needed for a 1 night stay.

Lacking in essentials Where's my shampoo? there's not much stuff around like coffee or stuff like you expect and there's just a general lack of things... it's great location, quiet, somewhat clean, etc... but it needs a few details...

Poor representation of the Homestead chain This hotel, though priced lower than the standard hotel rate in the area, was a dissapointment. The cleanliness and service received was...well, absent. The sweat stains (or whatever else it may have been) on the sitting chairs and ottoman was disgusting. The carpets are in need of replacement. The bedding is old and worn, something I woudl expect at a motel. The bath area was not in good repair, most of the caulking was in need of repair. Horrible Horrible Horrible! !!!!! This has to be the Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I've never felt so uncomfortable in my life!. The room was just disgusting. Carpet dirty, walls were dirty, closet doors missing. I started to believe someone might have died on that room. Ok that might be a bit extreme, but that's how I felt. I will never stay at an extended stay, homestead or any other hotel that is within this chain. Just gross!!!
