Reasonable price; however, I won't return I was very dissatisfied with my stay. The air conditioning unit in my room kept spraying water on to the carpet and was very loud. I called several times to have it repaired; however, all the staff did was defrost it and place towels under the unit. It was too inconvenient to move based on my work schedule. Additionally, the hotel appears to be used by a lot of out of town contractors. Overfilled trash cans are the norm in the common areas. Parking is also at a premium if you arrive ... read more

Homestead Washington Suite I chose this "MOTEL" for it's location. I travel alone and don't feel safe having the door to the room open to the outside and I had no idea it was this type of "suite". The only reason I didn't cancel was due to the fact my room was right next to the office and I felt a little safer. Second, if you plan on staying here make sure you bring your own shampoo and conditioner. What airport hotel does not supply it's guests with these simple expectations? Worst experience I have stayed many Northern Virgina hotels - this was by far the worst. Rooms are tiny (ads dont do justice). Furniture in room was stained. Bed was not fresh - hair bits on the bad !!! Never again -

Room was disgusting, dirty and worn out. Air conditioner was loud. Not impressed...
