my own experince i was surprise no one is there to help out, and i have asked for a room type they did not have it assure me it is not aviable next day the same exuce i only stay 2 nites i want sometning near by the ariport but i will not do it agian i belive i should get my money back all of it, but who would liten or care???? no one,

Poor Stay Dirty hotel with no appeal. Bring shampoo because the hotel does not provide it. The hotel does not have free internet and has 19 inch tv's in the room. Terrible. The mattress is aweful and you will wake up with back pains. Overall the hotel is appealing from the outside but once you get into the room you will be staying in you will be extremely dissappointed. I would recommend another hotel.

Not so clean value for money!! I'd say that the hotel was decent value for money were it not for the cleanliness. On the plus side, it provided the basic comforts of everyday living (free Wi-Fi, Laundry, vending machines, free local calls). The location was great, opposite a food court, gas station. And the staff were very helpful. The main drawback - cleanliness of the room and the surrounding area. My room was right opposite the trash-can and offered a 'pleasant' view if I opened the blinds. DREADFUL I AM SORRY TO SAY , BUT IT WAS A TOTAL FLOP HOUSE. AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN THE SMELL HITS YOU LIKE A WALL. MOLD IN BATHROOM, AND THE BED WELL LETS JUST SAY I BOUGHT A SLEEPING BAG. LESSON LEARNED SPEND THE EXTRA CASH FOR A BETTER PLACE.

Unpleasant Experience My room had not had a thorough cleaning in a long time. This is an extended stay motel, but the kitchen was not at all equipped, not even for the simplest food prep. The motel was convenient to nothing. There was only one restaurant in the near vicinity, having limited hours (closed at 6 pm) and mediocer food.

Terrible For those hoping to find a convenient and clean room look elsewhere. There is no free shuttle from Dulles to this hotel so one most take a cab to get to and from this location. The room was not up to any reasonable standard as I found large spiders near the bed, the iron was non functional and it smelled bad.

Close to airport No amenities. Smoke alarm went off in the middle because too many people smoking in room. No shampoo, etc. I was very disappointed! I will stay with friends or family for my next visit to DC.

Homestead Washsingtpn The room stank of old cigarettes even though I booked a non smoking room. The TV remote did not work and the manager did not want to bring me another. There is no daily room cleaning. Many shabbily dressed Spanish speaking labor types hanging around the walkways. The managers said the roms were cleaned "once a week." Overall: A bad choice except for location to Dulles Airport.
