Employees ****** and ***** made our stay as pleasant as possible. The staff overall wete very helpful and friendly. The rooms are in need of a major deep cleaning and overhaul . Room had a smell and it did get noisy at times but it served the purpose for our time there.
***** and **** went above and beyond to assist our needs when we arrived early in the morning from a very long tiring drive. They let us check in early to get some Zzzs before we drove back home to **. Thank you so much!!
We had reserved the room through our Southwest Rapid Rewards account. When we arrived, we found the hotel had been trying to reach us to let us know they no longer had the type of room we requested. But SW had given them incorrect information, so they did not have our phone number. This was totally SW's fault. They still gave us a room! And worked very hard to be sure we were happy with it. Clean, nice and staff was good. Would would definitely stay again.
Very friendly staff, accommodating and pleasant to talk to. However room condition desires to be better. Mold on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom, dirty carpets, not even basic coffee machine, fridge door sticky at the handle...
Very clean and comfortable room. We were in town for a concert. Hotel was literally minutes from the amphitheater. Service was exceptional with a very quick and easy checkin. We will definitely stay here again!
They did a great job, everything was clean and in good shape.
