It was affordable and quite. Only drawback is cleaning schedule and fresh linens and towels was never proactively offered. Otherwise the staff respectful and gives each occupant their space and privacy. Very courteous auditors just need more frequent room cleaning.

Had a great stay. No major complaints. Staff were corteous and helpful. Room product was satisfactory given the price point. I'd recommend a week or more stay to get the discounted rate. Would defintely book again in the future.

This is a good hotel if you are working intown for an extended stay and need a place to sleep and shower.

If I was working in Topeka, this might be a great option as it had a full fridge, two burner stove, and microwave. ... TV...table...and two desk type plain chairs. However the bed was more like a couch pull out bed and there was not an easy chair so no place to relax. There is also basically no lobby. So if you need a place with absolutely no frills this is your best bet.

Bad stay hotel not recommended. It was not very clean. The hallways and rooms smelled heavily of cigarettes. Beds were uncomfortable and there were no dishes provided for the rooms. The windows did not open very far. The wifi did not work even though it says its free.
