Clean, bed was comfy. Bring own pillows, ones in room we���re pretty flat. Overall was pretty good.

it was an ok experience. The AC and fire alarm broke and it took days for maintenance requests to be answered

In General The 4th floor is for smokers. Everything was great until the day before check out when someone pulled the fire alarm at 5am, luckily somebody turned it off within 10 minutes. The elevator overheats at times too and when that happens they have to let it cool down for the day so you'll have to take the stairs. They don't provide any shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or dish soap/sponges. Stayed here for two days. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. We tried to get clean new towels but was told that I wasn't enrolled in some program and they didn't give me any. I was never told how to enroll in said program so that was frustrating. Our room had a small kitchen but no pans, plates or cups. My stay here was okay, just don't think I'd stay here again.
