The staff has always been wonderful and go above and beyond fort the guests.

It had a bad smell of pee oder and I got bit all night long tv didnt work the whole night

Not a great experience. No hot water. Linen charge for clean towels. Was told they only change stay overs, every 2 weeks.

I have been staying here long term and the staff is amazing. Very clean rooms and hallways. I have had no issues staying here at all. I enjoy being here.

Mrs. ****** ,the Manager, goes above anfmd beyond . She is an asset to your company. Her as well as ******************** are hard workers and make sure that the establishment is safe . They have absolutely no tolerance for anyone who puts themselves and others in danger threw their actions. Very clean , the staff is hospitable and compassion is sincere . This is an amazing establishment. I recommend all to come and experience what I have. The entire staffare amazing and hard workers

I love the hotel its always clean and quiet. I have been coming here very often for about two years. The manager, ****, is very familiar with me but sometimes she has an attitude problem. I never give her a problem the past two years Ive been here and sometimes she does give me a nasty attitude but I understand she probably does deal with a lot of BS but she treats me as if I leave the rooms trashy or Ive smoked in the room. Having three garbage cans open next to the elevator was horrible and stinky and there is not one lamp or area to plug the phone charger in

Me and my wife's clothes were stolen from the laundry room at Extended Stay America in **********, **. We reported the theft on Saturday 7/6 to the staff. They said they would contact the general manager that day and let us know what the manager said. We heard no response, so we followed up on Sunday 7/7, and nobody had notified the general manager or the remaining staff.
