Booked a week 4/12 - 4/19/2024 decided to renew another week went to pay another week early I paid on 4/14 it posted to my acct on the 15th. They short staffed was extremely hard to get new fresh ************* never had new linin for our bed sheet changed. The 19th came I got a call from front desk asking are checking out or staying i was confused i already payed for another week ahead of time. *****, I and good friends traveled to ***** for a cruise. I encouraged my friends to save a few bucks and join un at the *** *********** location. I'd never been to ***** and was very excited! Well, unfortunately our stay at *** WAS EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTING AND A RIP OFF! I won't go into a ton of detail, but rather highlight WHAT WAS WRONG -No trash cand, not a one! Five years ago I checked in at ************************************************************************* while I was on a business trip to look after my rental property in ****. I was checked in a room with a dirty bathroom. I immediately notified the front desk and waited an hour to take shower, I saw a male cleaning the rooms and notified him the problem. I'm late with this review. We stayed at Extended Stay in ***********, ** on 12/30/23. We had reservations for a week stay. We ended up staying one night. It was the worst experience we have ever had in a hotel/inn. The room wasn't clean, no shower curtain, holes in the wall with wires sticking out, kitchen totally not equipped. The most unbelievable issue was regarding toilet paper. There was one roll with barely any paper. I had a prepaid reservation for 4/19-4/21. When I went to check in around 5pm I was told that there were no more rooms available. Apparently they were short staffed housekeepers so the 3 that they had weren't able to clean all the rooms. The lady at the front desk could care less. Her exact words, "I don't know what to say, I have no rooms available, you will have to call whoever you booked thru to get a refund." This was the worst experience of my life. This hotel was the worse place we have ever stayed. 1st night we asked to change rooms because of a strong Marijuana presence. We continued to smell this throughout out whole stay when we turned the ** fan on or air conditioner. Then to make matters worse we were charged a smoking fee. The kicker is I've heard 3 different stories why. 1st picture of distinguished cigarette butts, 2nd strong presence of Marijuana and 3rd is now we were vaping. I stayed at the Extended Stay ********** ******************* location. The worst stay ever. Not only was I harassed by other guests, I was racially profiled by the manager. She lied and said I smoked in the room when there was no evidence of it. Both my neighbors said they never smelled anything EVER, I see this is how this business treats a black disabled army veteran. I WILL NEVER STAY IN ANY LOCATIONS AND I WILL ADVISE MY FELLOW VETERANS AND ANY WHO SUPPORTS US TO NEVER DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS AGAIN .

I was kicked out of our room all because the employes didn't do their job and get a copy of my id also the manager there needs fired he is a piece of c*** who's disrespectful to everyone including the staff!
