The remodeled room was nice. But the kitchen was very dirty and we didnt feel safe utilizing that part of the room. There were splatters of an oily substance all over the stove, pieces of what appeared to be salad in the sink drain, and sticky/greasy areas on the counters. There were also crumbs on the desk and hair in the fridge and on the bathroom counter. Also felt like I had to check-out early because the water was going to be shut off to the entire building at 0830.

They are great with assisting us with all our bookings. We have multiple rooms and stay for long periods of time.

Filthy floor- my feet were black from the floor. The whole room just felt dirty and smelled of smoke. Toilet was not cleaned in the bowl. The room just felt gross and the area just felt unsafe. Definitely will not be staying here again. In a positive note, the front staff are very professional.

I was in the process of selling my home and buying a new construction home. I had been told that the new construction home would be more likely to close at the end of July 2024. While the buyers of my old home had agreed to rent my house back to me for a month, I realized that there would still be about a month where I would need some place to stay. The staff here is really pleasant and helpful. Twice I've had deliveries left in random places and they've secured the items and made sure I received them. Any issue we've had, there haven't been many, they've addressed it right away. So far our experience here has been 5 stars all around. ????

Staff was friendly in the hotels located in a safe area would recommend.

I had a horrible stay the front desk was completely disrespectful and rude and they charged my card $200 and lied on me. I only complained about the dirty fridge and about dirty floors and I got charged $200 this is a horrible experience.
