Great desk personnel The desk person, Sam, was outstanding. She willingness to assist us at check in was absolutely over appreciated he top. Thank you Sam for taking the time and putting in the extra effort to help two very tired travelers.
I gotta say that Jermaine was very polite and extremely respectful… the grab and go breakfast getting put away and he more than happy to let my husband and I get coffee and tea!!! And it’s the little things that make all the difference
