VERY DISAPPOINTING I received kitchenette room, with not 1 single dish. Does Extended Stay America expect their guests to travel with dishes, pots and pans and silverware? Very disappointed. I requested a handicap accessible room, but was told I can only have that with 1 bed. So my wheelchair bound friend and I had an extremely difficult time in bathroom the because i chose for us not to sleep in same bed. Very disappointing.
