Excellent staff/service, but very poor hotel Service was outstanding. The staff is helpful & incredibly kind. Julpha & Marlon were especially great given some of the issues we had. It is evident that people smoke EVERYWHERE because the sticky smell of stale smoke lingers in the halls, elevator, and rooms. The hotel does its best to mask the scent, but it’s there. Weird Smell The room smelled like cat urine which was unpleasant thankfully I only had to stay one night
