Staff was nice. My room wasn’t the cleanest and smelled a bit of onions when I first walked in but it served its purpose. What I expected for the price point.
Staff were very friendly however, hard to find. My guess is short staffing. Bedding was perfectly clean but floor looked mopped with dirty water. There were dark red droplets all over the floor stretching from the bathroom to the kitchen area. Larger drops in the bathroom and smudged red spots on the tub and bathroom door frame. Wiped up easily with warm water which is how we noticed the extremely dirty floor.

Room was clean. Kitchen had nothing in it. Had to get kitchen needs from front desk. No hair dryer. Parking was easy. Staff was nice

Excellent staff/service, but very poor hotel Service was outstanding. The staff is helpful & incredibly kind. Julpha & Marlon were especially great given some of the issues we had. It is evident that people smoke EVERYWHERE because the sticky smell of stale smoke lingers in the halls, elevator, and rooms. The hotel does its best to mask the scent, but it’s there. Weird Smell The room smelled like cat urine which was unpleasant thankfully I only had to stay one night
