Overall, I'm very satisfied with my weekend stay. The staff was great and provided great customer service. The initially didn't have enough towels, of course it was resolved immediately once I mentioned it to the front desk.

Extended Stay Upon arrival, we had to ask for new bedding as there were stains on the existing bedding. Though advertised as a free breakfast, only coffee, tea, cereal bars, oatmeal packets and mini muffins were provided, not even juice. The CBS and NBC channels on the television had terrible reception.

On the plus side, they accept dogs. We chose Extended Stay mainly because they accept dogs (for a $25 fee), which can be a serious hassle when traveling. The staff was friendly enough, but the hotel itself has some minor issues. When we exited the elevator to our 3rd floor room, the smell of stale cigarette smoke was very strong. The room itself was acceptable if not overly clean. New Jersey also requires you pick up after your pet (which I did), but the hotel had absolutely no containers available to dispose of the dog wast... read more
