Hotel location was convenient. Room and facility fine. Check-in was extremely slow and confusing. Clerk was answering phone calls and working on the computer for about fifteen minutes while we stood there after giving our name for the reservation. We were offered two rooms with " single beds" because our reserved room with two double beds was unavailable. We ended up with a room with one queen.

Upon arrival I had asked for silverware - inwas told by the front desk clerk that she did not have any. I also asked for glasses and was told the same. The comforter had a stain

Nice stay I was just grateful to find something 100+. I enjoyed my room no shower curtain so I took a bath . I slept through the night which is always a plus. Excellent customer service has a room close to exit that's another plus. Would like to have had TCM it would have been perfect
