Needs Improvement At check in the front desk clerk put us in two rooms (113 on the 1st floor and 219 on the 2nd floor). When I made reservations I asked if the two rooms could be located close to each. The clerk said that 119 was not cleaned and we had to take 219. When she gave me the card I noticed that 119 had been written and crossed out and 219 written on it. I asked about this and the clerk stated the other room was to be 119 which was very close to 113, but 119 was not cleaned and the hotel was booked solid, and we ha... read more
Extended Stay Franklin This hotel is not updated, the linens were not at comfortable and the hotel staff could not be found. We were attending a late evening party nearby and didn;t want to drive home, but with so many other hotels to choose from in the immediate area, I would not stay with Extended Stay again. Not a good value for the price.
