These are COVID times, and I knew that room service would be non-existent - and it was. But saying "breakfast" and providing granola bars and apples was a bit of stretch. Otherwise, as expected.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. When we first arrived, the 1st room they gave us was occupied so, they upgraded us at no charge.
Clean and comfortable Clean and comfortable room and the bed was good especially after long day of travel. Worth it for an overnight stay. Decent restaurants nearby if you get in early enough. Only issue we had was the with parking, we had a small u-haul trailer attached and there was not a good safe spot for the tandem set up at the property or near by shopping centers. An issue affecting very limited clientele for sure but we managed to park on site as out of the flow of traffic as possible. No matter what it was worth it ... read more

A good value if all you need is a place to sleep My big complaint is that our room wasn't ready at the 3 pm check-in. We had a full schedule and it was a major inconvenience to come back later to check in. On the plus side, it is in a great area with lots of shopping, restaurants and convenient to Notre Dame. On the minus side, it's a little dingy, and the free breakfast has become so meager they didn't even have coffee or hot water. We've stayed here several times because it's a good value, but there aren't many amenities..
AC unit needs serviced the motor makes a extremely loud noise (Room107). There was also no dishes, glasses or any utensils in the kitchen. Hotel was clean.
