Heating unit noise, very dry air, I paid through Hoters.com, but they said I hadn’t paid and needed to talk to a manager. But no manager on duty from 7:30pm checking on 11/9 until I checked out on 11/11 at 5:00am. I informed them that I would be leaving early on Monday. When I was leaving no one could be found in office or front desk. Guest standing at front door smoking each time we were coming or going.

The staff was very friendly, but this hotel is not in great condition. Our room had a broken recliner and terrible mattress. Very dark and dingy. Seriously considered leaving as soon as we got there, but being a ND home game weekend there weren't many options. Overall, hoping to never stay in an Extended Stay America again.
