The room was basic but clean. There is a sign in the kitchen that says you have to ask at the front desk for any amenities ( ie: a glass for water, or a fork to eat dinner). The TV was small and most of the time had a fuzzy picture. My room lost tv signal for a period of 30 minutes twice during my three night stay (the weather was hot and clear). Breakfast is offered but is very limited (pre-packaged muffins, single granola bars, and coffee).

I got this as a gift for a friend and she didn’t have hot water during her entire weekend. The manager said they’d comp is $40 so I want that but also I’m disappointed that my gift had these problems. Vernita Todd, purchaser for Joanne Gallagher.

There was no hot water for showers. There were unaccompanied minors running in the halls, slamming doors and screaming all thru the night and in the early morning.

The room was not in such good shape. However the staff working and manager on duty went above and beyond to make it right.
