I didnt like that we had to pay almost double to stay due to events they were having in the area. And that we werent offered any free night stays.

Clean for most part but people were smoking in rooms although against hotel guidelines. Would like to have printout at least at time of checkout of charges and documentation of dates of stay.

Okay, I guess. The condition of the room was okay. Bathroom faucet leaked. They booked me in a handicap room, so when I took a shower, water got all over the floor. My kitchen had NOTHING in it. Not a single utensil, plate, pot or pan. All I wanted was an ice tray. Went to the desk and was told they were “out.” The air conditioner made noise all night, even though not on. The bed was lumpy.

Our kitchens do not come stocked with utensils, plates, etc. Those items are available by request at the front desk. I've addressed your concerns about the air conditioner to the appropriate department within the hotel. The room was basic but clean. There is a sign in the kitchen that says you have to ask at the front desk for any amenities ( ie: a glass for water, or a fork to eat dinner). The TV was small and most of the time had a fuzzy picture. My room lost tv signal for a period of 30 minutes twice during my three night stay (the weather was hot and clear). Breakfast is offered but is very limited (pre-packaged muffins, single granola bars, and coffee).

I got this as a gift for a friend and she didn’t have hot water during her entire weekend. The manager said they’d comp is $40 so I want that but also I’m disappointed that my gift had these problems. Vernita Todd, purchaser for Joanne Gallagher.

There was no hot water for showers. There were unaccompanied minors running in the halls, slamming doors and screaming all thru the night and in the early morning.
