Disappointing stay Front desk staff was not friendly nor welcoming. I complained to the front desk staff about a stale smell to my room. No effort was made to remedy this situation.

October stay not sure if this is a new property, but the room sure looked new! was told prior to check in that there was a maintenance issue and gave us some options that worked for us. very accommodating and polite! fyi, there's no ice machine on site, so use the trays in the freezer if you want ice. Great room, and perfect location!

Ok We had no hot water. The maintenance man apparently never showed up. There's 1 elevator. And no pool. There's was also no breakfast. We had a clean room. That's about it.

We were in Elkhart to have work done on our RV. This hotel met our needs for an overnight. It is very clean, very courteous staff, near several restaurants. We were very pleased with all the accommodations. I would recommend this hotel.
