Upon checking in, there was a strong smell of weed in the room. I reported it to the front desk so they wouldn't think it was coming from us, and was promptly moved to another room. Unfortunately, the new room appeared to not have been properly cleaned (towels on the bathroom floor, bed not made), so we decided to stay with our original room. Besides the smell (which was a result of other occupants), my Stay was excellent; staff responded to concerns and request promptly and efficiently. A report was made regarding the smell... read more

Mishawka The first person I dealt with behind the desk seemed to not realize her job included customer service/friendliness. I was disappointed that there was not any ice available except ice trays in your freezer. I was not there long enough to freeze my own ice. And I was also disappointed that there was not a coffee maker in the room. The room was comfortable and clean

An OK Stay We went to South Bend Indiana for the AYOP Twirling Competition Nationals. We were allowed to check in an hour early which was good news after a 20 hour drive. Then the not so good news was when we were told that there would be no cleaning service during our stay and if we wanted daily cleaning service we would have to pay extra. Our supplies for the stay would be available at the front desk whenever we needed them. When we got to our room it was clean and stocked but the trash cans were still full of trash. Meh The a/c on the room was terribly noisy, evertime it came on it rattled the whole time it was cooling. The breal fast should be described as grab and go not continental. Bed was comfortable. Hotel and room were very clean.

Quick stay for med appointment Nice hotel, clean, and comfortable. When checking in, I stood back as the young lady at the front desk was with a male customer. She cheerfully explained about dishes, internet, breakfast, and room location. As he left, I stepped up and was asked for my ID and credit card and told I could look on the back of my room key card for internet directions. I had to ask about room location and breakfast. I later went back down to ask for dishes and internet access as she never answered the phone. The n... read more
