Reserved two rooms,one room was ok, the other one was smelly, the floor was slick with some type of residue

Desk attendant was very pleasant and friendly. I asked for a wake up call and was told that the phone system hadn't been fixed since the power had gone out a while ago so it would call me at the wrong time.
