Horrible experience We were overcharged, I have bad allergies and we were supposed to be in a non-smoking room, they downgraded our room from a king to a queen and put us in a smoking room. I was up until 6am, I couldn't breath, the room stunk, and I had to shower 3 times. The air conditioner did not work, the refrigerator did not work and the hotel staff was very rude and unwilling to help. This is a great location but I would not ever stay here again. Bad Bad Bad It took three times to get a room that did not have some type of update going on. You would think that the hotel would know which rooms were being worked in and not offer those rooms to customers. Room 1 the AC unit was being replaced and there appeared to be, what looked like dog [*] on the carpet. The second room had the bathroom being worked on. Staff Very Nice The best part of my 5 Night Stay was the Receptionit " Dot ", She was compasstionate, well kept, lovely woman. I was there to find an Assisted Living for my 90 year old Mother, Dot the front desk clerk, was such a help, she touched my heart with her kind words. She made the Hotel look good. I HATED the fact that I had NO House keeping services. They had a rule that you must stay more than 5 Nights to recieve this service.. Not impressed Room smelled; carpet appeared to not have been swept. Sheets and blanket were dirty.
