Won't be back. Arrived to find that hotel doesn't serve breakfast not even a continental breakfast. The room was ok, but the bed need help. if you tried to set on the side of it you would just slide off, no support at all. The bathroom was clean, but not socked with shampoo or conditioner, sure the time i forget to pack some there is any on site. Literally none on site. If you just need sleep it's okay.

Kitchenette VERY dirty!!! Vents not cleaned,blood on both blankets, old food in drawers, stove had burnt food on it, needed to be totally cleaned from top to bottom. They they billed me for the stay. I didn't finish my stay there. It smelled real bad in the hallways & elevator. NOT a kid friendly place.

Pack Your Arisols and Cleaning Products This hotel could do a better job with cleaning its rooms. Sheets were spotty, as were the towels and carpet. The mattress on the bed has seen better days, and was obviously worn out to the spring. If an exceptional value is what you are looking for, then you may safely look elsewhere, because no amount of penny saved, is worth any filthy living accomdations. pleasant family visit the hotel needs more staffing. I go and visit my daughter and i rather leave a day early now instead of rushing to get there on time. is a good place for the price and the location. it felt like almost coming home. you could smell the food from everywhere because since yourself have to cook.. is ok.

Chose here because of good rating - disappointed. We were checked in to a room that was already occupied. Requested additional pillows were never arrived. Bath room would turn into a steam room every shower as there was no fan. Bed was uncomfortable.

Rooms were not cleaned well. The manager did a good job of trying to give good customer service by moving me to a different room. The thing is though I ended up getting moved to 3 different rooms within the first 24 hours of being there due to cleanliness issues found within the rooms. The manager did upgrade the third room and had the cleaning crew do a thorough clean of it, but after some of the things I seen and experienced, I honestly couldn't wait to leave.

Not Impressed! We booked a NON-SMOKING room with double beds. When we arrived they didn't have that room available. So the gave us two separate rooms on a SMOKING floor. For those of you who do not smoke, you know how it smells. We asked several times for a spray or something to help with the smell and never received anything. I will never stay at this hotel again. I guess the saying "You get what you pay for" is true.

Dirty! The place is old. The beds are old and stained. Mattress was lumpy. Felt like I was leaning sideways while laying down.The bathroom was great if you are a fan of orange and black mildew.
