Disappointing Mold on shower head at bottom of shower curtain. No shampoo. No water or coffee cups. Very narrow parking spaces. When we entered the room, the window was open, AC was off, thus it was very hot and stuffy.

Smelly Room Reserved a non-smoking room for 4 nights. None were available upon check in and for the rest of the week, so I stayed one night in a smoking room that smelled really bad, and checked out after that. This hotel is geared towards customers staying long term, who will use the full kitchen capabilities. Also room was very basic, bed was uncomfortable, and bathroom tub had rust stains.

If you want to sleep in don't stay here Stayed Memorial Day weekend, got wake up call every morning at 6:30am even after telling the staff I didn't ask for one. Room was supposed to be ready at 1pm and came back at 5:30pm and it wasn't ready. After the person quickly cleaned the room in 5 minutes she said it was ready and "by the way, your room smells like curry". REALLY!!!! Disgusting! The phone did not work, there were loose wires hanging from the ceiling and my favorite, the headboard had been completely ripped from the wall. Not sure how that would go unnoticed by housekeeping, but they really didn't seem to care.

Not Good The beds looked as though someone had laid on them, there were no cups in the rooms and no one attended the lobby throughout the night.

I wish I knew what it was like to stay here. Upon arriving at the hotel, they informed me they had no available rooms. I told them I had a room reserved that I have already paid for. I got a blank stare back. I asked why I wasn't called, as I had been in the car for the past six hours, and easily could have found another hotel, and got yet another blank stare back. I then asked what they could do for me. They said, "Well I think the Red Roof Inn down the street might have some openings". Yes, the Red Roof Inn somewhere down ... read more

shame on them Duck tape holding stuff up in the elevator, had to ask for another room because of a stained brown toliet, big brown stains on the bedspread and floor, countertops dirty. When we asked for another room the clerk told us they TRY to wash the bedspreads once a week. When we got the other room the carpets looked like they weren't vacumed from the previous people, the shower curtain had massive visual greenish mold on it.
