My tv didn't work and no remote in my room. They gave me 1 remote that didn't go to the tv. Then the remote they did give me would not let me navigate the channels. I told two different clerks about it. Also, they had a lobby full of people whose reservations had been canceled by the property. Someone else came down to complain that someone had been in their room and left food. They put the breakfast away 7 minutes before the posted breakfast time was over.

The manager Katy was amazing. Very nice and understanding. She was also very welcoming.
I as a hdcp person with crutches, had a very, very hard time trying to walk on the floor in the room. It was VERY slippery.

Clean but basic room. Average cleanliness. 2nd floor hallway carpet had a pungent odor. Like there was a leak somewhere and moldy. Also, no accessible restroom for fitness center. Very inconvenient

The property was clean and appeared to be well maintained. Being located next to the interstate traffic noise was an issue at night making it difficult to sleep. The room was as expected for an extended stay facility--fridge,microwave, and cooktop. Shower was good size and had ample hot water. Breakfast was a big letdown. Our room was on the interstate side so it was very noisy. No darkening shade on window. Had to request a hairdryer from front desk. If you want coffee maker that too would need to be requested.
