It felt old and a bit grungy. We were first given a non-smoking room that smelled like an old ashtray. The receptionist gave us a different room that did not smell as bad but still had a bit of stale smoke smell. Neither room had a king size bed, which I had reserved. The receptionist the next day gave me $33.90 off our bill.

Upon arrival there was no one at the front desk to check us in we had to wait at least 5 min till someone showed up at the desk. Carpets in the hallway were a little dirty they were dropped crackers that was still there the next morning, Front desk was cluttered. Staff was friendly beds were comfortable enough for one night stay.

Good value but you get what you pay for. The lobby has only two large chairs chairs. There is no other spaces to 'hang out' if you want to get out of your room for a while. The staff was super friendly and accomodating. The decor was a little warn and somewhat dated. The room was clean but again a bit dated. Everything worked well. Wifi was good (unsecured).
