Nice hotel, the bed is really comfortable and the people are so friendly! I just think the should put in the bathroom a hair dryer!

Don't be disappointed at first glance seeing an old carpet and few scratches here and there. It turned out to be one of my best staying experience. Maria and the staff are wonderful, very concerned, helpful and friendly. Very relaxing and quite environment, and you feel very safe (didn't have this feeling last year staying at Woodspring Suites, Clearwater). And overall, it is much newer and cleaner than Sheraton Hotel downtown San Antonio. Guests are super nice, well mannered and classy. I was very pleased with my stay here ... read more

Customer Service Lady at the desk was very rude. All I asked was if the credit card I was placing on file gonna have a hold on it. Some places do place holds. She rudely responded “I know that you paid for you room already”. I explained to her or attempted to explain the reason I was asking is because the authorizatiy form stated room charges will be billed to the card.
