Jessica is really nice I loved her always smiling the laundry machine took 3.00 dollars... There was no shampoo no conditioner

It's relatively quiet and pretty clean. The staff is friendly for the most part but kind of hard to find. There is usually a wait at the desk for someone to come by and they seem to be short on towels when you ask for new. On the whole, it's ok. It would be nice to have dishes in the kitchen and not have to arrange them from the front desk. I stayed in a Studio Plus a few years ago and it had a fully stocked full kitchen, here it's a microwave, refrigerator and 2 burner stove top.
