We confirmed by email several times we would arrive late 1am and one of 2 rooms were given away. The guy at desk had a bad attitude and said he did not see any notes about late check. The floor was sticky. Bathroom did not look clean. Bed was comfy. Good area. Smelled like smoke.

VERY COMPASSIONATE PLACE They try to do as much as they can to help you out. I know that they go out of the way to help you if they can. It's a lot of families that has obviously had some bad luck in their lives and do their best to help Kim Jackie KEEP UP THE MAGNIFICENT WORK!
