SMOKE in the hallways. no continental breakfast. no wash cloths in baths. noise in the hallways after 12 a.m.

The room was clean, it had a small kitchenette, and the hotel was quiet.

Unmanned desk Waited at the front desk for almost 30 minutes with a sign that said they'd be right back. Another employee happened to come in early and checked us in. Ended up in a smoking room after reserving non-smoking. Other than these issues the room was clean and quiet.

The bath reeked of cigarette smoke yet I was supppsed yo be in a non-smoking room
