Great late night staff member. Most friendly and accommodating front desk staff I’ve come across. Though we arrived late, almost 1am, she greeted us with a smile and attentive to our requests.

Good location When we checked into our room, we found it was a smoking room, so I went down to see if we could change it. The front desk person, Jenni, was super helpful, and was able to give us a new room. Tip for those who use Expedia to book rooms: Jenni told us that in the fine print at Expedia, it says the hotel can give you any available room, which is how we ended up with a smoking room. This hotel is one time last min thing I had to book this hotel last min due to unexpected business trip. the staffs were nice, fast and helpful however, the the room was very disappointing. the bed sheet was damaged (ripped, wear and tear) and the cleaning team left empty shampoo bottle on top of the towels like it was full. Towel was not that clean... not sure why but entire towels are kinda gray/brownish and worn out. Decent stay but stuck in smoking room When I signed up and paid for the room it was a non-smoking room. When I got to the hotel I was given a smoking room based on occupancy. The front desk was very apologetic but it made for an uncomfortable stay.
