Desk clerk was poor,the facility was fine,due to the service we received we will not stay again The Desk clerk was very unhelpful and not knowledgeable of computer systems. He overcharged us and did not know how to correct it and told us to talk to the person coming on after him. We did talk to the lady in the morning and she raised our concerns to the morning manager and it was corrected.
