Customer Service was he highlight. This was our second stay at this location. One in 2018 and then just now in December 2019. PROS: The front desk employees are all amazing. The room set up was perfect.(We had the 2 bedroom suite) The location was great. The breakfast was great. The beds were comfortable and having the kitchen and eating area made it easy for a busy week. Negatives: Furniture could use updating. At night there seemed to be a few "questionable" transactions in the parking lot.

Love the full kitchen! Would recommend to families, specially those travelling with smaller children. Would not classify as luxurious or fancy, but it is clean and functional.

The room actually had two bedrooms with queen beds and sleeper sofa as well as kitchen. I found a partial snicker bar in the freezer and I did have to call for the sheets, pillows and blankets for the sleeper. Overall we liked the room.

I loved the spacious rooms and friendly staff. Otis, who checked us in, was attentive and informative. When the air wasn't working in our room, he worked quickly to rectify the problem. The housekeeper in our building, building B and floor, was very friendly and helpful.
