The gentleman at the front desk was kind and tried to be helpful, but we checked in and immediately left and found another hotel. The room was poorly renovated, there were people out back having a barbecue in the parking lot. The parking lot, stairs, and elevator were sticky and dirty. The room was also sticky to the touch (ex. Table, floor, countertops). We went to use the pool and it closed at 8 o’clock which disappointed my 4 year old daughter. She had been riding all day and was looking forward to swimming. Unable to sleep due to noise from partying all nig The staff was good but the room was by several other people who stayed up all night yelling, drinking and partying all night untill morning. Tired getting staff but could not reach anyone.

I think they need to spend some funds to upgrade the hotel and get the main elevator repaired. The place looked like it was a homeless shelter.

I was traveling with my family, there was a hole in the wall in the bathroom, stains on the wall and floor in the bathroom. A frozen Gatorade still in the freezer.

Add this to my previous rating, its 1130 at night, loud music and partying still going on, this is terrible management. Thay doesnt care about all their guests..such a disappointing stay for.the amount i paid

Non-smoking room was not! 2-3 dozen cigarette butts just outside door. Awful place. Cancelled reservation. Will mot consider this chain in future
