The ptac unit had a broken knob and couldn’t adjust the heat,and was missing one of two filters. Needless to say it was a cold night in the room! The ceiling was dirty and the bathroom tub was peeling and missing two tiles and needed needed to be re caulked. I was stuck in the elevator twice with my dog who freaked out. This property said they were sorry but didn’t even try to make it right! I would not recommend this hotel at all.
I didn’t like the smell of the room and how there was a fly in there
The hot water went out during my stay, no concessions were made for this inconvenience. Housekeeping was lax during my stay. Not a pleasant experience
Its disgusting i cahnged rooms multiple times and eventually gave up they do not clean period just brush it under the bed cat food cans cigarette butts beside fridge and under the bed with all kinds of food ect ive complained and nothing but a better luk next time email i was cbarged a deposit for locals come to find out and im nit even a va resident and it takes almost a week to get back im only hete because my car is broke down and im really struggling to get back home im now out of funds and no where to go
Disgusting First room they checked me into was not cleaned. The bed looked like someone just crawled out of it, there were used coffee cups on the counter, and open packets of coffee. Then they moved me to a room on the 4th floor. None of the elevators work so that sucks. Went onto the room and the cover for the ac was laying on the floor, smelled like smoke, and the bathroom had piles of dirt in the corners. It was filthy! Trash wasn’t removed and a pizza was still in the fridge! Floors were not mopped and the sheets had pee? Stains on them GROSS!
