Terrible Room I want the manager to go and take a look to know how dirty the room is. The broken glasses, papers, and stuffs are all under the bed. Go move the bed and look at it. The bed comforter has remains of the previous guest or so like hair tangling on the bed sheets. The eyelashes were tangled on the wire of the bedside table phone. Didn’t sleep the whole night due to the condition of the bed. We sat on the couch and spent the night. Terrible

An overnight stay for rest to final destination AWe were not very happy with the hotel. The check in was quick as I had prepaid prior to arrival. The parking lot was full in front of our room so we drove around the hotel to the back and parked. The hotel had questionable people sitting in their vehicle or outside loitering. We arrived to our room and were not impressed at all. I can take a dated room but dirty is not exceptable. I won’t stay here again.

The room I was in 201 , I had issues breathing as I turned on the heater. I believe as most hotels seem to ignore is at some point the air conditioners/Heater needs to be cleaned out. Once I got out of that room I was ok and could breathe good again. Stayed there before in another room and did not have issues.

They treated me like dirt on the street. Disrespectful jerked the key card out of my hand in front of a customer.. really bad people

It was kind of nice to have a larger fridge, but I think a mini fridge would have been big enough. Quiet hours were not respected, and a big group gathered in the parking lot one night rather late and loud. This disturbed dogs staying in the rooms below us, so sleep came late to us. Grab and go breakfast was packaged muffin, granola bar, coffee. All trash receptacles that we saw on Sun., Oct. 6 were full to overflowing. They were emptied the next day. Do not stay here Arrived at 2:30am and Tiffany at the front desk would not let us in our room. She talked over me the entire time. Hands down the worst customer service I've ever had in my life. We had to go to a different hotel because "the system" wouldnt let her give us our room even though i paid for it.
