Based on other reviews, we booked at this hotel. Upon arrival, things seemed good, however, that soon changed. Hotel stairwells were very dirty. The room looked ok at first glance, but the floor was dirty, one of the beds made a loud noise, the bathroom needed serious maintenance (the toilet wouldn’t flush and would overflow, the tub faucet ran water continually, the drain was crusted over, and the molding on the outside of the tub has separated). Dirty chairs, broken equip, needs upkeep We walked up the outside stairwell and someone went the bathroom in there. It smelled like urine. Walked into the room and the first thing noticed a disgusting, nasty, dirty chair I would not sit on. There ws a rolling office chair there too that had the leather torn off of it. We did not put items on that either. The tv didn't work the first night. They couldn't fix it so had to wait till next day for maintenance. The refrigerator stopped working after 2 days. During first night we had mold all over the bathroom ceiling, water ran all night in the tub. The floors were so dirty to walk on.

The room was dirty, towels were dirty and I was double charged for the room due to a mistake made by expedia

I was in a first floor 2-bed room for 1 night. Everything in the room was dingy looking or poorly painted over. Spiderwebs and sand in corners, floor dirty when wiped, ALL the towels had an unacceptable amount of hair or other things attached. I used a clean shirt for a towel... Curtains didn't go all the way to below the window on one side. I removed a cricket from the room. Noise travels. Bed was clean and locks were secure or else I would not have stayed. Staff was nice. Pay the extra $30 to stay somewhere else.

Our floors were filthy, the bathtub still had hair in it. Our towels were dirty.

We stayed there for 1 night, and it was very dirty. Our feet were black from walking on that floor. The tub faucet was dripping all night. We did like the full size fridge, but the breakfast was horrible. We ended up getting breakfast from the ihop down the street.
