UNDER MAJOR REMODEL ROUGH LOKING PEOPLE HANGING OUT EVERYWHERE. ROOM DOOR HAD BEEN BROKEN INTO/PRYED OPEN BEFORE!

Not as advertised! No free breakfast! Check in was very slow due to computer system. It’s advertised as free breakfast but they said they no longer offer free breakfast. Beds were not comfortable. Room was clean but had a musty odor. The receptionist was nice and apologetic for the slowness. It did have a kitchenette which was nice. For the price though, look somewhere else!

We understand the property is been renovated but they need to clean up the mess. Beer cans around the stairways and outside at the sidewalks. No breakfast, unless you count a honey bun and a cup of coffee. Don't recommend it.

Noisy and rundown Very tired motel. Door safety catch broken, bath badly stained. Rooms not well insulated, could hear neighbours and rain. Breakfast very poor with just juice, yoghurt, cereal bar and packet pastry. Had to take back to the room as no seating. Pool looked nice but raining when we were there. Notice on reception suggested it was having work done.

Ok clean, but nothing to hold to in shower. No anti slip mat in shower cheap tissues. Horrible breakfast selections with NO CHAIRS OR TABLES TO SIT DOWN AND EAT! Renovations could be so much better if a little more money spent.

As I walked into the room the smell of the room was dank. I pulled back the bedspread to a roach crawling out from underneath the sheets. We did not stay.

Check in went ok. Hotel is being renovated, which isn't apparent in Expedia description, and noisy until workers finished (7pm when we were there). Our room had bugs in one of the beds, which we discovered after being in the room for a short while. We left and Staff was unable to process a refund until a "Manager came in" the next day however Expedia was able to refund us immediately. Unfortunately we had to find another room at 9 pm at night but we were successful. My advice is to avoid this place until reno's are done and ... read more
