Place to Stay in Bristol JUST a Place to stay. Dirty and run down Room had a very bad odor

Had to leave early for family emercency and would not refund the last day. No coffee in rooms. Bath tub was cracked!

The staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel should have been repaired, remodeled… etc.,years ago. They seem to be a hub for the some kind of construction or railroad workers. I did not feel safe as a women, taking my dog out to potty in the dark.

As we were checking in a disturbance occurred 2rooms down from us. We changed rooms as another guest told management to call police. Refrigerator was down right disgusting and nasty as far as the ac unit. We either froze or got too hot. Bed made large booming sound when we moved. Woke up others

We were assigned a smoking room unbeknownst to us. They allowed us to change rooms but to a non smoking g that had been smoked in? The continental breakfast was bagged pastries, yogurt, orange juice in a store bought jar fir everyone to use from ( not very sanitary). The cream fir the coffee was also from Walmart in their store brand jar, again, for everyone to share from! The staff was friendly

The room had trash on the floor, I found dead insects in the bed, and the shower was disgusting.
