Double charged for stay! Stay went well but was charged twice for my stay.

The “pet friendly” room wreaked of urine and a poor attempt was made to mask the stench with a nauseating plug-in. Since I was so exhausted from traveling and had no energy to change rooms, and it was only one night- and the sheets did look fresh - I accepted it. However, I will never book, nor recommend this Days Inn Wyndham to anyone.

Our rooms were not ready when we arrived at 5:00. Had to wait 30 minutes. One of the rooms had significant damage in the bathroom. One of the shower heads would only spray towards the wall. One of the tv’s remotes did not work - had to unplug the tv to shut it off. The deck had no chairs and was in terrible condition. Overall, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

I would not suggest I booked this throughhotels.com for almost double the price that they were offering walk-in guests. In addition there was no breakfast or pool as listed in the description of the hotel. There was a smell throughout the hotel and dirty sheets. The floor and sinks were sticky. It was a very disappointing experience. When I contacted hotels.com to try to leave early the property rejected the request.
