Never again The room I booked had a refrigerator and microwave. The room they put me in was dirty (bed not made, towels on the floor, trash in the room. The room they moved me to had no amenities. There was no WiFi. Not worth staying in even with the discount.

Horrible The room was not very clean, no shampoo, only two towels and two cups and one packet of coffee, we booked this room for three people. Smoking room with no ashtray. We asked for more towels cause we only had two with three people, after watching my husband and daughter swim ( because I had no towel I couldn't swim with them) I asked for more towels and they said we don't have access they are locked up. During 2 days stay Wi-Fi never worked properly and elevator was broken most of the time.

So Dirty Do not stay here! Stains on the bedding & carpet. Mold on the ceiling plus the ceiling was dripping. Filthy room, they need to tear this hotel down. Cereal & oatmeal doesn't count as a free breakfast either.

No cell service, wifi We got no cell service in the room (literally NONE) and I was told this is the case with every room there. The phone in the room did not work either, also told this Was the case with every room. The wifi wasn't working during our stay either, which is one of the main reasons we stayed there, for the wifi so I could take my conference call in the morning. I will probably never go to another Days inn based on this experience.

very sad stay not like the the old days Stayed here last when it was Laquinta Inn about 5 years ago with my two boys.Had stayed here atleast 20 years in a row.Hotel is very run down now.Will miss staying here.Not AS GOOD AS LAQUINTA INN NOT AT ALL.My boys are grown now and i have grand kids.Both said they would stay home before they stayed here again.

Worst Experiance we ever had Where to start, Check in was the best part of this stay. We were informed there was issues with the internet service. It was non exsitent. Then there was no ice in the ice machines for our cooler. The elevator was broken but fortunatly we didn't need it. The next day we were off to Thunder Valley. When we returned around 4pm we found a note on the table stating towels will be delivered when available. DAYS INN- Bristol VA/TN The hotel was terrible. Didn't have my fridge in the room upon our arrival-was told I would get it in the morning. I asked again at 8am & was told I would have it in 30min. It arrived between 11-1130. Top it off it was dirty inside and out. The phone's didn't work so we couldn't even call the front desk .. not even 911 if we needed to. The wifi was out also.
