Not as advertised The hotel was being remodeled so there was rubble in the walkways and the paint was peeling. Then our room had no phone, no Wifi and no heat! The staff let us move to another room so we at least had heat but had no phone or Wifi. When we went down for breakfast, the oatmeal was ice cold. They had cereal but no milk. The hotel left a lot to be desired. The elevator wasn't working when needed..went to office couldn't find staff on duty... room phones weren't working. When I went to check out the lady told she knew about the phones and could not find the key to the room with the elevator controls and it was locked. Had considered stopping back on return trip but after these problems decided not to stop.

old, beat hotel This hotel needs serious updating. Shower drain was so clogged I was standing in water past my ankles. We've had much better luck at Holiday Inn Express. I will never stay here again. Breakfast was sad. Carpet and floor were dirty.

Depressing, old and dirty Hotel! I have never seen a staff that cared less about their job than this place. This Hotel has been a La Quinta, Quality Inn and now a Days Inn as we have stayed here several times while visiting family. This is a Hotel for Construction workers and truck drivers and it has no facilities. Our TV was shot and we were told they were all bad but if we wanted, we could move to another room instead of having someone bring us a new TV. Hotel gave someone else my key and access to my room, which was a great surprise to all of us when I unlocked the room with my key and they were sleeping in my room. Unfortunately, several other people had similar issues that night and were very upset.

Rough Around The Edges This is my third stay at this hotel for the Bristol Rhythm & Roots Music Festival. Each year the condition of the hotel is worse. The hallways are dark and dirty. There does not appear to be much upkeep going on. The room smelled bad...a combination of body odor, mildew and bleach. The tub and toilet were stained and in need of replacement. Exit 7 Days Inn We have actually stayed at this same hotel 2 other times at the same time of the year for the same event. Factors included proximity to event, total cost for the weekend and reasonably adequate accomodations. This last stay will more than likely be the last and this is why: while the room itself was clean and the bed comfortable the refrigerator ran noisily all the time as did the cooling unit.
