Worst experience Arrived at 11:30 p.m. to find a line of 15 people waiting to check in. computers were down. only one staff working who was very polite and helpful. While waiting for breakfast, no coffee, no cereal, no eggs, no bread, no juice, all had to be replenished, other customers said they arrived at 5:00 p.m. and had to wait an hour because the computer was down. Our non smoking room smelled of smoke. We did not get any shampoo, toilet paper etc the first day. The whole hotel is old and needs some serious upgrading.

Nice location. Front office staff are unbelievable, nicest manager I've ever had to speak with about anything. The young man who was working the night shift was great also, had to complain when we arrived back at the hotel at 1130pm and our room had not been touched, we had no clean towels, trash can full, beds a mess. I was not happy! The next day when she did attempt to clean our room it wasn't very good work. She didn't leave any soap, shampoo, clean cups ...... nothing so I caught her a few rooms down and asked for these... read more

Disappointed The clerk spoke so fast I couldn't understand her. Breakfast was disgusting. Hotel very dirty.

disgusting our first room was not even cleaned, we opened the door to find all the sheets and pillows on a pile on the floor, a restaurant food to-go container was on the dresser. the clerk apologized and blamed it on the cleaning people. gave us another room. whatever was on the floors in the elevator and concrete floors stayed on our shoes, unbeknownst to us, and got all over the bathroom area floor. we then did not want to walk on carpet. we got our flip flops from car and wore them in the room. the shower drain did not w... read more

Ok for just night stay Overall was ok for just night stay. The hot water tap was leaking with very hot water, my son burnt his hand. Breakfast was not good, no egg and the guys said they are getting deliver in the evening.

Nice staff, bad room. I paid to have a refrigerator and microwave, my husband needs to keep his insulin cold, and was put in room without both. Bathroom had large water bugs and there were ants all over.

Not what it was advertised to be. The room had a odor and the tub was peeling so bad I would not even take a shower. I was really looking forward to a long hot bath but that was not going to happen. We never could hook to the internet and we were supposed to have a fridge and microwave and did not have any. I told the lady when we checked out and all she said was yes they needed to have the tubes replaced. I would never stay there again.

They messed up our reservation, didn't get room we reserved. Wifi didn't work and in morning the water was cold, no hot water.
