The hotel management was so friendly and helpful, even with the rooms all booked from the hurricane Helene, they still helped everyone the best they could with towels and other things….id definitely recommend
Awesomeness I stay here all the time when Im in Bristol Va Its nice room, clean, and affordable
Breakfast was coffee and granola bars. Not much else. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I liked that the door led directly outside rather than a common hallway. I was able to back my car right up to the door for easy loading.
The Front Desk staff was super friendly, I appreciated them. The room was just ok, it was probably a smoking room at one time and the smell was still there. I went and bought Lysol and Febreze. Bathroom had issues and not very clean. Something was stained all over the bathtub.
