Los pisos lucen sucios y polvosos, el personal es cortes pero se muestra sin interés hacia sus huéspedes. Le falta mantenimiento a las habitaciones, las camas rechinan y los colchones se hunden.

Ok We paid a little more to stay there because it mentioned free breakfast and then when we got there they said they only provide that during the week. Not happy since that was the factor that sold us on staying with them. Not all the lights worked. Positives-Bed was comfy & they did have a trolley for bags to go up the elevator.

Building is being painted but more attention should be given to inside of rooms. I can only speak for my room. Curtain for front window of room could not be closed completely so I used hanger to keep it closed at night. Curtain is old with areas where light can get in due to fading. There was loud banging inside back wall behind bathroom sink area. It happened every few hours and disrupted my sleep. No breakfast on weekdays though Expedia website & the room itself advertised it. Reserved smoking room; all smoking rooms undergoing renovations. Hotels.com website stated threat breakfast was included; breakfast only available on weekends.
