Decent enough to return Hotel staff were generally helpful and pleasant. The rooms (a friend stayed in a different one the night before) have a musty smell, but you get used to it pretty quickly. The beds were super comfortable. The standard rooms are pretty small, but adequate. The outdoor pool was well maintained and had a nice view. Breakfast was the standard bleh buffet most places offer. Just stayed the night. Was very comfortable and had an awesome sleep. Hot shower even on the 3rd floor.

New owners have really began updating the building with fresh paint and new lighting! The staff are always super nice and I always look forward to staying here when I travel to Bristol.

Could use a little TLC The hotel was easy to find, in general clean, my room had curtains which were no longer attached properly, but with a little effort I was able to cover the window for privacy. I would stay here again if there were nothing else available.
