The hotel’s computer system incorrectly had my zip code as being in Mexico. It’s not — I live in Texas, which is still in the USA as far as I know — but the staff person (Amber, who was great and just as frustrated as I was) couldn’t override the system. We reserved a room with a roll in shower for my elderly parent who needs a walker. The accessible room she was in only had a tub and was missing a shower chair. It's really v good and everything and the staff is great, except they don't have a Refrigerator or safe at the room
