All the staff is incredibly friendly! I was bringing my bags in and the GM asked if my room was perfect which it was. I’m always pleased when I stay here

My only concern was I was given a room with King Bed and TV in sitting area did not work and Hotel Staff was aware of this. I would have appreceirated it if they would have given me opportuntity to request another room.

The hotel is very dated. We are dog lovers ourselves and traveled with our dog many times but beware there are a lot of dogs at this hotel and unfortunately the owners above us must have played ball with their dog all hours of the night. The dog ran, thumped and barked. Way beyond loud and annoying. We even saw someone with a cat. We also felt some of the people were living in this hotel instead of just staying for a few days.
